Good point. In a tournament there's no point playing for set value if your M is in the Red or Orange Zone. At that point you're either pushing or folding any hand you're playing.

Middle pairs should be played according to where you stand in the game... are you short stacked and blinds incredibly high? Is there a big stack just waiting to call you out? There are so many considerations.. perhaps your a big stack and your just sitting back... a simple call might be what your looking for. The best thing to consider when calling or raising any hand is the one major statement that can not be overstated.... if your not willing to raise it, dont play it!!! ;)
