The worst thing that makes me tilt is the player who always beats me. I have a couple of people who have consistently drawn out on me and busted me out of a tournament or taken my stack down. This is a singular form of tilt because it only affects my play against that opponent. Maybe a revenge factor, but I have a hard time playing my regular game because I want some payback and I make mistakes trying to get it. The only way to beat it is to play that player like you play everyone else. Easier said than done.
