I play these sites, and these are the Good (+) and bad (-) about them

Titan Poker
+ Jackpot SNGs
+ Not nearly as rigged as other sites
- People sit in chairs, no avatar for you
+ Blinds increase at a perfect pace

I give this site 4.5 stars out of 5

Party Poker
+ Lots of people = lots of money
+ Lots of freerolls
- Freerolls have 5000 people per 500$ freeroll...if you are playing for money...stay away
- once again, no avatar
+ start with 3000 chips, more room for error :)
- Lowest limit buy in is 5 bucks, and lowest limit SNG is 6 bucks...why?
- When a player moves all in, it shows the flop turn river in a blink of an eye

I give this site a 2.5 stars (of 5 obviously)

Absolutepoker
+ The people rule!
+ Customer support is amazing! (Much unlike party poker)
- Bad beats are ABSOLUTEly ridiculous (hehe absolute---ly) Seriously, if you have 1 out for the river, a 2% to hit, thats 1/50...invert your odds, you'll hit it 50x for every 1 time you miss...
+ you don't like your table skin? Change it!
- They stopped giving freerolls unless the forum has 10 depositers

I give this site 4 stars

Poker4ever
- Bad beats are the closest in comparing to AP, but still no where close to as bad
- Start with 1k chips most of the time...wtf?
- Dark theme it seems, gets you on tilt quick
- Blinds raise every FIFTEEN MINUTES! EEEW
+ 2 400$ freerolls a day with not many people (cuz the site sucks lol)

+ Blinds raise every 7 minutes YES! Blinds are 750/1500 in their freerolls at first break! AWESOME
+ Rabbit feature, show 1 card feature, and show when you fold feature, KICKS BUTT
- No good private freerolls
- Next most rigged site next to poker4ever.. its like P.com--p4e--------------------------------AP

- The site is UGLY, the cards hurt your eyes, and its only in beta testing
+ Completely unrigged from what I see so far
+ created By players like you and me....
Can't rate this yet...only in beta

its all done by a random generator. You see more bad beats in some sites bacause their so many dummies on them.

Poker is not a card game played with people. Poker is a people game played with cards.

I completely disagree. Seriously watch over 100 hands, then deal over 100 hands with the same hole cards, see how many miracle rivers occur on AP but not in your deck of cards. Not kiddin that site is rigged as hell

Actually, let me clarify. Random card generators on different sites act differently. They want more rake, yes? They want action, yes? Do you ever notice that low cards win WAY too much on AP? They want you to fold like 2/3 to see that you'd hit the wheel so that you play it next hand, and give them rake. Beleive me or not, I have found some sites hit ten outers or less onthe river FAR more than 20% of the time...more like fifty

Because I enjoy it. It is availible 24/7 unlike in real life (if you're under 21) and it requires no initial bankroll, because sites are just that desperate. I enjoy the atmosphere, being able to sit at my computer and play. It is worth it to me , and some times you gotta play the site. It rewards people who chase flushes and straights, so start chasin! :)

This talk about sites being rigged is stupid strange things happen and i'm sorry but in hold'em the motto is "any 2 cards can win" thats what makes it fun and online people will play ANY two cards and eventhough they don't win often they do win sometimes and strange things happen all the time in live games too. Bad beats are bad beats and two or 3 people dealt pocket pairs happen.

I was wandering through Ceasers Palace in Vegas during the New Year and they had a celebrity event going on, they had 2 tables left, the only person i recognized was Shannon Elizabeth but during the 10 min i watched 4 people caught pocket pairs in one hand AA JJ 55 33 everyone went all in preflop, and the 55 took down the pot. Boat over boats happen as well, its random and if you play long enough your see everything eventually

Poker sites have no incentive to make their random generators not so random because if they are encouraging bad beats and somebody were to ever find conclusive evidence that they were then they'd be gone. They're already making tonnes of cash of the rakes, there is no reason for them to fiddle with the random generator as the risk is too high.
